How long does my order take to ship?

Ready to ship items will be packaged within 2-3 business days. Custom commissions take 4-6 weeks for items to be ready to ship.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

What is your return policy? 

We don’t accept returns or exchanges, however, if something you ordered arrived broken, please contact us so we can make it right!

I’m local to Grande Prairie, AB and can pick up my order, what do I do?

At checkout, you can enter the Promo Code “LOCAL”. That will take away the shipping fee, and we can arrange pick up.
